[#5546] admin site wide statistics: add storage use per project to group list
Changes were made to the gforge/cronjobs/site_stats.php script that need to
be copied to the appropriate directory where cron scripts are installed.

gforge/cronjobs/stats_disk_usage.inc is a new script that also needs to be
copied to the directory where cron scripts are installed. (Or it could be
put in a directory in the include path for the site_stats.php cron script)

Additionally, the stats_disk_usage.inc file will attempt to run a command
on the NITRC-IR server using ssh. To configure this, choose an account
on noble.crbs.ucsd.edu that has read access to /var/xnat/archive. Install
a public key file for ssh in that account. Configure
$sys_ir_remote_disk_usage_cmd in the local.inc file to use the associated
private key and account. You can see an example of the command in
local.inc.example.

NOTE: that the example has changed during the test phase. When the next
baseline is promoted to test it must be updated to return results in
megabytes rather than bytes or kilobytes.

[#6148] User sync script should use last_modified_date
The NITRCSRC/nitrcce/bin/sync_nitrc_users.php file was updated. On NITRC-CE it
needs to be installed to: /usr/lib/nitrcce/bin/sync_nitrc_users.php

The crontab for root should be updated to run this script every 15 minutes as
normal, but to also run it once a day (or some other period as decided by Butch)
with the "full" argument to do a full update in case a temporary issue caused the
script to miss a change during the time window. The resulting crontab lines should
look like this:
# Sync NITRC-Web users
0,15,30,45 * * * *  /usr/lib/nitrcce/bin/sync_nitrc_users.php
3 3 * * * *  /usr/lib/nitrcce/bin/sync_nitrc_users.php full

[#6321] Update front page for 'Domains'
After promotion the Attribute List must be updated to put the
domains into the correct section on the front page tree.

[#3141] Mailman bug: error canceling subscription request

This bug requires a patch to the mailman Python scripts:

- Either copy NITRCSRC/installation/config/usr/lib/mailman/Mailman/Cgi/confirm.py to
  /usr/lib/mailman/Mailman/Cgi/confirm.py (ensuring only 5 lines change) or do the following:

  - Edit /usr/lib/mailman/Mailman/Cgi/confirm.py
  - Around line 312 replace the single line:

  userdesc = mlist.pend_confirm(cookie)[1]

With this block of code:
	mlist.Lock()
	try:
		userdesc = mlist.pend_confirm(cookie)[1]
	finally:
		mlist.Unlock()

Don't forget that this is a Python file so indentation counts.
Make sure there isn't any space-tab confusion as well.
