-?Two subjects were removed from the UM_2 sample in ABIDE, as the
subjects were determined to have incomplete phenotypic data by the
contributing site (50389, 50384).
?

After some local IRB interactions unrelated to ABIDE, UM_2 has requested
that any data from the following 6 subjects in their sample not be
released:?50392, 5393, 50394, 50395, 50396, 50400. These data have been
removed from the current tarballs and phenotypic data, and will not be
included in the ABIDE release. We ask that you remove these subjects from
your databases.

- A left-right flip was detected for a single subject's EPI in the image
verification process for CAL_TECH (sub #51465; the site tracked down the
causative factor). We have provided the corrected file individually in
the ForDatabaseEffortDevelopers directory on the internal release site,
as well as updated the tarball for there site.

- In the Caltech site dataset, DSM-IV classification is "2 or 3" for a
few?subjects. The site was queried regarding this and?explained that they
do not?differentiate between Asperger or PDD,NOS; so, if not autistic
(1), an?individual can either be "2 or 3" [they did not make a decision;
if preferable, you can create a 4, which is equal?to "2/3"].

- SBL/AMSTERDAM has updated the DSM-IV diagnosis for?subject 51576?from
-9999 (unknown) to ^?3^? to indicate PDD-NOS.

-?Subject 50420 in UM_2 was removed from the ABIDE sample due to a
limited number of resting state time points (8 TR's).?
?

> our database: Leuven subject 50727 has handedness "L->R" -- what does this

I asked the same question to the investigators and suggested to have a
left handedness , they claimed this is not exactly left handedness...and
wanted to describe as L greater than right ....not sure what to
recommend I left it as it is because of that.
